Thank you to all our clients for their continued support.

Looking back, it’s amazing to see how much technology has changed since 1994. Many of the services we now offer were not even available then. Internet usage was definitely not widespread 17 years ago, but it is now a part of our daily lives. Everyone now has multiple e-mail addresses, and many people even send/receive e-mail from their smartphone. Think about wireless networking, BlackBerries, iPods and iPhones, notebook computers, Google, Facebook… Imagine our lives without these technological advances. They were not here (at least in the way we know of them now) in 1994.

Read more »]]> Anyone who has ever spent any time with me knows how I feel about Windows Vista.  It is complete and total garbage – bloated, slow, riddled with problems and incompatibilities… I could go on!  I have gone out of my way to source systems (especially notebooks) for clients that would still run Windows XP.  In some cases, this was a lot of extra effort, but well worth it when I could avoid having to deal with Vista.

Well… Windows 7 is out!  I’ve been using it for a couple of months now myself and… it is AMAZING!  I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.  It’s fast, it’s sleak, and I have had no issues whatsoever on any system that I’ve tried it on.  In fact, I think I can say that it runs just as fast as Windows XP on most of the systems I’ve installed it on.

Windows XP was great, but it was getting dated and had some security issues.  I’m glad that Microsoft has done things right with Windows 7.
