- 88 per cent of those surveyed use the Internet as their primary tool to research products or services before making a purchase.
- 79 per cent of those respondents will then actually make the purchase online.
- 76 per cent of people surveyed are more likely to buy from a company that has an online presence.
- 68 per cent of people think “more favorably” about that company.
