We host our dedicated servers at a Class A Internet Hosting Facility.  Our hosted infrastructure has been designed with:

• Redundancy - A single point of failure will never bring down our servers.  This ensures maximum up-time for your web site.
• Scalability - An unexpected rush of visitors to some web sites creates slowdowns and, in some cases, the site to be unavailable.  Not with us.  Our web servers can distribute the load without slowing down, and our Internet connections can burst to handle the amount of bandwidth required.
• Daily backups – All of our hosted web sites are backed up daily to a separate geographical location.
• Network security – Our network infrastructure has been architected with the highest level of security.  We continually monitor for unusual activity and maintain our network with the last security patches and tools available.

The hosting facility itself is a first class operation complete with:

• redundant fiber connections via multiple Internet backbones
• triple power feeds from multiple redundant UPS modules, backed by a diesel generator
• redundant climate control systems
• equipment-safe fire suppression system
• full escorted, logged, and monitored security
  

While many hosting facilities suffered downtime during the 2003 North American Blackout, we maintained 100% uptime.  All our sites were fully available and working during the entire event.
