Solvware Information Technologies Inc. is a developer of technologies that integrate phone/IVR and web-based functionality.  They are based out of Toronto but their solutions are used worldwide including locations such as Belgium, Sweden, and Australia.  ViaComp was brought on board to re-architect and properly configure their entire network infrastructure in all locations - for both development and production purposes.
