- sourcing hardware to lease for the duration of the event
- installing and configuring the required software
- setting up and tearing down the technology infrastructure for each event
- on-site support to resolve any issues that may arise
- inventory management of miscellaneous hardware and accessories - servers, mice, keyboards, monitors
